Ivy and Darcey

I haven't done these two in so long. My OCs Ivy and Darcey Silverwing. Or Ivy Silverwing-Vampyrum Spectrum.

Since polls are saying I should start on Silverwing first, might as well change the ocs a bit. Starting with Ivy. She's the first one with the black hair.

Ivy is a young bat who became an outcast since her birth by her colony. She never knew her father Amac Ztoz and didn't ask because of her mother's constant struggle between the colony members. Her mother tried her hardest to prove Ivy wasn't a bad omen and made Ivy wear silver bands on her wrists. Despite the bickering, Ivy drove herself into isolation from pups her age, not because she was bullied by them, but because she saw nothing wrong with her. Just she was bigger and taller than everyone. And that she hates eating bugs. That didn't seem to stop her when she met a bobcat name Scat Cat while forging for berries. He took her and her cousin in when they were banished from the colony.

Ivy grew depressed when she learned her mother disappeared and her former colony didn't care. She hid her hatred. Now when Scat Cat introduced the girls to abandoned animals, she became a guardian in a way to keep the owls from getting them especially from Darcey and Seymour. When morning comes, Ivy doesn't want to miss seeing the sunrise. To her, the sun symbolized another side to life because she grew up in the dark. She dreamed of finally flying in the warm sunshine and kiss the darkness goodbye. She dreamed of a strong bat coming and take her away from the darkness and everyone who was cruel to her for good. But she figured that would never happen.

Ivy was captured by humans and there she met the southern prince Goth and his brother-in-law Throbb. She managed to get out, thanks to her slightly small size compared to the two. Now she's on a mission to find Scat Cat and her family while helping a runt name Shade, a Brightwing name Marina, and also try keeping her distance away from Goth. Her voice actor is Carrie Underwood or Brittany Murphy.  The strangest thing: she swears as a pup she heard a voice sing a lullaby to her.

Darcey is a year younger than Ivy. She was a normal silverwing but she made herself hated for sticking to her cousin. Her father Memphis and her mother Norma Jean stuck with her aunt and cousin against their colony. Darcey has been by Ivy's side since she was a newborn pup, when she clinged onto her. She's a mischievous, cunning, and fun to be around. She would follow Ivy around when she tried to go on one of her isolation trips without the older bat's permission. But her mischievous side got the best of her when she sneaked out from the roost, not wanting to go to bed. Her parents went after her and were ambushed by a snake and killed right in front of her. Darcey never forgave herself and made herself wear a small gold band after Ivy 'received' her bands.

Darcey loved being around Scat Cat and would take over the shows he did for the forest creatures. Darcey loved the dark unlike her cousin but wondered why she can't see the sun also. Darcey learned how to read thanks to an old owl by the name of Aristotle when she was looking for food. When Ivy was taken by the humans, Darcey went out to find her and ran into a silverwing runt name Shade and took part in fleeing from the owls and getting separated from his colony and running into Marina the Brightwing. Now she's searching for her cousin and trying to figure out what's going on while trying to avoid the owls. Her voice actor is P!nk or Miranda Lambert or Rihanna. The strangest thing: She likes big boned guys, so when she first saw Throbb, she was head over heels....until she saw the dead bat but she still likes him.
